STS has a fully staffed manufacturing organization which includes machinists, welders, wire persons, painters, wood and fiberglass workers, sheet metal and structural shape fabricators and assemblers.
The STS integrated manufacturing organization for planning, fabrication and assembly provides checks and balances during the production phase of a project. Production control is achieved through the implementation of established manufacturing policies and support related procedures.
The Manufacturing Management System consists of three major sections: planning, scheduling and manufacturing project coordination.
STS occupies a state of the art facility totaling over 80,000 square feet at its headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Overhead cranes and large high-bay manufacturing areas allow for versatility and functionality.
The Manufacturing department, with the latest in production equipment tailored specifically for the manufacture of training devices, combined with the selection of highly qualified fabrication specialists, insures STS customers of top-of-the-line training equipment.
